Submit a Paper

All papers (maximum 8 pages) must be submitted online in MS Word or LaTeX2e format. Also, an Acrobat PDF version of the final submission should be provided. All accepted papers will be included in the symposium proceedings. The proceedings will be distributed to all participants at the Symposium. After the workshop, selected outstanding papers will be published in special issues of peer-reviewed journals (not finalized).

Also, you are welcome to organize special sessions, with 4-5 papers in each session, dedicated to a topic of your interest. Please email your proposal to APARM2010@msor.vuw.ac.nz and it will be forwarded to the program chairs.

An accepted paper will be included in the proceedings only if at least one of the authors registers by July 25, 2010. The regular registration fee includes the participation to all keynote speeches and technical sessions, conference tour, lunches and banquet. For student registration, both the conference tour and banquet are not included. The method for payment will be announced later.

Submissions are done by the EasyChair Conference System. If you don't have a EasyChair account, you will have to create one to be able to submit a paper.
